The Mraveniště Nature Club was established on the initiative of parents of children from Kryštofovo Údolí in order to create a facility for preschool children from the village of Kryštofovo Údolí. Mraveniště takes care of children aged 2 - 7 years in daily regime from 7.00 am to 4.30 pm.
They use a fenced land in front of the house with a natural climbing frame (the work of the children's fathers), a fireplace and a flower garden. They grow wild strawberries, herbs, sorrel and chives in two elevated garden beds. Every day they go to the nearby area - to the well, to the forest, to the meadow and to the playground.
The club is run by a non-profit organization 100 chutí, z.ú. and supported by the EU fund.
